All our Service Technicians are “Time Served” engineers,
with a wealth of experience in machine tools, with all of
them being multi-skilled.
So whether it is Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic we
have the team to help in any situation.
Experience on Fanuc, Anilam, Fagor and Siemens CNC controls
adds to our extensive capability.
We believe that a policy of continuous training to enhance
existing skills and develop new ones is vital to maintain
our competitive edge.
In addition to breakdown cover a full package of other
services are available, which include Maintenance &
Preventative Maintenance Training courses.
SERVICE CONTRACTS
Planned maintenance is a key to maintaining peak efficiency.
Our Product Support Service Contract offers the flexibility
with a comprehensive package of of maintenance services that
allow you to choose the options that suit your particular
needs. The central component is the 2,000 Hours Service.
This is a preventative maintenance visit designed for
machines working a 40-hour week and is available in
multiples for machines working more intensively.
Other options include priority call out, CNC control and
drive system warranties and service hours discount scheme.

You decide what you need. Then we will tailor a service
schedule, which fits the particular needs of your company.
